An Age of Wushu employee that supports players in game with various things. The word GM is filtered in-game and shows up as two asterisks.
100k
Home Team Practice
A multiplayer co-op game function in which players speed up cultivation (max. 100k per day) in a player's home.
1v1
One versus one
A challenge to a duel.
5aggs
Five Aggregates And Demon-Subduing Item
A token-type item that can be exchanged with NPCs.

Away from Keyboard
Commonly used to let other players know that you will be unavailable for a short time, or to quickly explain an idle period.
AoW
Age of Wushu
The name of the game published by Snail Games USA. The Taiwanese, Chinese, and all other versions of the game are not called Age of Wushu.
Arena pills
Powerful HP and Energy -recovering consumables that can be purchased with silver coins at Arena Rewards Administrators.

Ancient Tomb Sect
The Reclusive Faction affiliated with Wudang.

A highly populated city in the southwest region.
Cooldown
A period of wait time before a skill can be used after a prior skill.
COD
Cash on Delivery
A way of trading through the mail. A player can send a mail with an attached item, type in a price, and select the COD option. When sent, the receiver can only take the attached item by paying the price. If not paid, the item is sent back to the original owner.

Goose
Wild Goose Flying Skill
A Flying Skill that allows the user to dash a short distance on the ground.

Herbal Hall
A small area that can be set as a teleport point. Nearly every scene has multiple different Herbal Halls. Players within a Herbal Hall area cannot be killed by other players.
HP
Health Points
One of the main stats, related to how much life a character has. When attacked, a certain number of health points are lost.

Hidden Valley
One of many Forbidden Instances.

A type of expensive cosmetic item that can be used to give an outfit, weapon, or mount a new appearance.

Foreign Rare Treasure Map
A item used to access a co-op challenge. Only VIP members can participate in this event. Up to 2 friends can be invited to help. The chat message "map+2" would mean "I'm looking for 2 VIP players to help me with my Foreign Rare Treasure Map".

Martial Challenge
A type of Group PvP event.
MD
Mind Demon
Also known as "Possessed Encounter" (PE) and "Heart of the Devil". A daily boss battle that can be triggered by clicking a large red lantern that randomly spawns near the player when they gain Chi. It's a tough battle and up to 2 friends can be invited to help with it.
Music
A healing or stat-increasing buff provided by Musicians that affects all nearby teammates.

Recover Your Original Simplicity
The highest power level of a character.

A type of item that can be used to increase the maximum level of a skill.
SE
Special Escort
A Guild mission that requires 6 players and gives roughly 6 times more points than the Normal Escort.

School Instance
A type of Forbidden Instance.
Shen
Members of the Golden Needle Sect.
Shifu
NPCs that teach Life Skills and sell tools & materials.
SS
Script Stealing
A daily PvP event in which players enter one of the Great Schools to steal martial arts skill scripts.

Team Practice
A multiplayer co-op game function in which up to 10 players work through martial arts practice together in order to speed up cultivation. Team Practice is most commonly done in Chengdu (999,999), and the area is most populated around 23:59 in-game time. The chat message "TP 25r +7" would mean "We are doing a 25-round Team Practice, and we're missing seven players".

Twilight Village
Twilight Village is the first and easiest Forbidden Instance. The maximum group size is 3 for prologue difficulty, 6 for standard difficulty. Note: the standard difficulty mode is listed as "Peacock Villa" on the Forbidden Instances list; this is just a naming error.
