Members of the Blood Blade Clan can exchange Blood Blade Tokens for the Internal skill levels 1 to 72 with an NPC in Blood Blade Clan. High levels also cost Demon Gate Tokens and Desolate Beast Stones
Total cost for non-VIP players: 10740 Blood Blade Tokens, 3290 Demon Gate Tokens, and 1120 Desolate Beast Stones.

Level 6:
- Attacks have a chance to increase your damage by 5% and movement speed by 25% for 5 seconds.
- Attacks have a chance to reduce the enemy's healing by 25% for 5 seconds.
Level 16:
- Attacks have a chance to increase your damage by 10% and movement speed by 30% for 6 seconds.
- Attacks have a chance to reduce the enemy's healing by 30% for 6 seconds.
Level 26:
- Attacks have a chance to increase your damage by 15% and movement speed by 35% for 7 seconds.
- Attacks have a chance to reduce the enemy's healing by 35% for 7 seconds.
Level 36:
- Attacks have a chance to increase your damage by 20% and movement speed by 40% for 8 seconds.
- Attacks have a chance to reduce the enemy's healing by 40% for 8 seconds.
Level 49:
- Attacks have a chance to increase your damage by 25% and movement speed by 45% for 9 seconds.
- Attacks have a chance to reduce the enemy's healing by 45% for 9 seconds.
- When your HP drops below 30%, you can gain a 9 second buff that converts 75% of the damage you deal into HP. This effect can't heal you after your HP exceeds 50%.
Level 59:
- Attacks have a chance to increase your damage by 30% and movement speed by 50% for 10 seconds.
- Attacks have a chance to reduce the enemy's healing 50% for 10 seconds.
- When your HP drops below 30%, you can gain a 10 second buff that converts 100% of the damage you deal into HP. This effect can't heal you after your HP exceeds 50%.
Level 72:
- Attacks have a chance to increase your damage by 30% and movement speed by 50% for 12 seconds.
- Attacks have a chance to reduce the enemy's healing by 50% for 12 seconds.
- When your HP drops below 30%, you can gain a 12 second buff that converts 100% of the damage you deal into HP. This effect can't heal you after your HP exceeds 50%.
