Members of the Scholars need to meet one of the following requirements to qualify for the 3rd Internal quests:
- Grade 8 school identity.
- Cultivated Mingyu Skill to level 30.
- Jianghu Reputation of 70,000.
When one of the requirements is met, the player can exchange School Honor Certificates for quest items at Zhou Luoxi in Scholars (316,357). Use the quest item to begin the quest.
