You begin by talking with the Leader of the Scholars, Xiao Bieqing, who informs you that there are issues of offense to Scholars Honor by Huanhua Sword Sect disciples in Chengdu. She will ask you to travel to Chengdu to speak with a man named Dongfang Lingshao. Once you speak with him you will offer to question Hu Ling, a Huanhua Sword Sect disciple. Once you speak to her she will attack you and you will defeat her. She then tells you to challenge her Sect. You must travel to Chengdu (1184,680) and complete the Huanhua Sword Sect influence challenge. (Faction)
