Inner Pill Skill is the tier 2 Internal Skill of the Wudang.
Cultivating the skill to level 25 will unlock the second acupoint of the Wudang Meridian: Lesser Yin Kidney Foot. Cultivating the skill to level 36 will enable the player to purchase other tier 2 Internal Skill scripts from the Traitors.

Traitor Exchange[]
Outsiders can learn Inner Pill Skill by purchasing scripts from the Traitor at Wudang (560, 455). This exchange is only available to players who have cultivated their Great School tier 2 Internal Skill or True Chi of Frigid Ice to level 36. All scripts are bound.

Wudang disciples can purchase the unbound first page from Beauty Heart in Wudang (545, -15). Additionally, the NPC offers unbound Big Training Scrolls, but to qualify for the Training Scroll exchange, the player must have cultivated all six tiers of Wudang Internal Skills to the maximum level.
