Internal Skills, also known as Inner Skills, are one of the main sources of a character's stats. The level of a player's strongest Internal Skill (the highest value in Internal Points) determines the character's Strength. The Internal Skills also determine the equipment cap values, which are the maximum stat bonuses that can be gained from equipment.
Each Internal Skill has unique secondary effects that become stronger as the skill is cultivated. For example, Flying String Feather Script restores HP and allows the player to use Jump Across the Cloud multiple times in succession.
Only one Internal Skill can be active at a time, though it may be switched freely by using the F-key hotbar. Switching an Internal Skill to another mid-combat will reset the player's Rage to 0.
Great School[]
Each Great School teaches 7 tiers of Internal Skills, which open Meridian acupoints when cultivated to certain levels. Outsiders can learn tier 1, 2, and 3 without joining the school, while tier 4, 5, 6, and 7 are exclusive to school members.
Sixth Internal Impartation[]
Players can use the Sixth Internal Impartation feature to learn the tier 6 Internal Skill at level 36 after cultivating their tier 5 Internal Skill to level 36.
Reclusive Faction[]
Each Reclusive Faction teaches two tiers of Internal Skills, which can only be learned by its members. The second-tier Internal Skills unlock Reverse Meridian acupoints when cultivated to specific levels.

Vagrant[]
In early versions of the game, Vagrants had several Internal Skills in development. However, this idea was later scrapped, and they now have only two Internal Skills available—both of which can be learned by any player.

Jianghu Internal Skills are not affiliated with any of the schools and can be learned by anyone. The skill pages can be obtained through various methods, such as Forbidden Instances, NPC Exchanges, and Events.
