Jade Doll

Jade Doll is a piece of bound equipment that boosts stats. A character can equip up to five Jade Dolls at a time. The character's Strength must be Peak of Power or higher to use Jade Dolls.

Obtaining[]

There are two ways to obtain Jade Dolls: through a non-repeatable quest and an NPC's item exchange.

Task[]

A set of five Iron-quality Jade Dolls (bound) can be obtained through a non-repeatable task. The Jade Dolls have a full set of Copper-quality additional attributes (level 5). The task NPC can be found next to the Jade Merchant NPC.

Falling Cloud Jade Doll[]

Falling Cloud Jade Doll

Jade Dolls can be obtained from the Falling Cloud Jade Doll box sold by the Jade Merchant NPC. Each box costs 2x Five Aggregates And Demon-Subduing Item and contains one random, bound Jade Doll. The box has an approximate 90% chance to yield a Gold-quality Jade Doll and a 10% chance to yield a Jade-quality Jade Doll.

Properties[]

Basic Attribute[]

Each Jade Doll has a random basic attribute, which boosts a single stat. The player cannot use multiple Jade Dolls with identical basic attributes; each Jade Doll must have a different basic attribute.

The power of the basic attribute depends on the Jade Doll's quality, which are available in three variants: Iron, Gold, and Jade. The Jade Doll's quality and basic attribute cannot be modified in any way.

Basic Attribute Jade Doll's Quality
Iron Gold Jade
HP Recovery - 91 114
Energy Recovery - 26 33
Parry Recovery - 9 12
Max Flying Points - 12 15
Power: External/Internal/Ranged - 31 39
Accuracy: External/Internal 20 40 51
Critical Hit: External/Internal 15 31 39
Dodge 15 31 39
Resilience - 31 39

Additional Attributes[]

Jade Doll Quench Ticket

Jade Dolls can possess up to five unique additional attributes, each providing extra stat boosts. Players can gamble for a random level 1 attribute by choosing the refine option at a Jade Smith NPC, which costs either Silver Taels Taels or a Jade Doll Quench Ticket. Alternatively, players can access the refining interface by right-clicking the Quench Ticket.

The first refinement costs Silver Taels 200 Wen, with each subsequent attempt costing Silver Taels 200 Wen more (e.g., Silver Taels 400 Wen for the second, Silver Taels 600 Wen for the third, and so on). This cost will reset at the start of each new day. If the player has Jade Doll Quench Tickets in their backpack, one ticket is automatically deducted per roll instead of the Silver Taels Tael cost.

The rolled attribute's quality will either be Copper, Silver, Gold, or Jade. The attribute's power depends on both the attribute's quality and level. The level can be upgraded using Chalcedony points. Note that the Jade Doll's quality does not influence its additional attributes in any way.

Attribute Probability
Copper 40%
Silver 54%
Gold 5%
Jade 1%

After rolling for the attribute, the player can choose to replace an existing additional attribute or discard the rolled attribute. However, the Jade Doll cannot have multiple additional attributes of the same type. If the player chooses to replace an attribute that has been leveled up, the player will not regain the spent Chalcedony.

Chalcedony & Upgrading[]

Each time a player rolls for an additional attribute, they earn Chalcedony points. The number of points awarded is based on the quality of the attribute obtained.

Attribute Chalcedony
Copper +10
Silver +40
Gold +100
Jade +400

These points can be spent in the refining interface to upgrade an Additional Attribute, up to a maximum of level 10. The cost of upgrading an attribute varies based on its quality and current level, with higher-quality and higher-level attributes requiring more Chalcedony points.

Quality Chalcedony Cost per Level
2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 Total
Copper 200 260 320 380 440 500 560 620 680 3,960
Silver 400 520 640 760 880 1,000 1,120 1,240 1,360 7,920
Gold 800 1,040 1,280 1,520 1,760 2,000 2,240 2,480 2,720 15,840
Jade 1,600 2,080 2,560 3,040 3,520 4,000 4,480 4,960 5,440 31,680

Example: Refining & Upgrading a Jade Doll[]

The following example demonstrates the refining and upgrading process for a Jade Doll.

Jade Doll Refining Example

The player has performed a refinement at a cost of Silver Taels 1 Liang 600 Wen and rolled a silver-quality attribute. Since the Jade Doll already possesses a Max HP attribute, the newly rolled attribute can only replace the existing Max HP attribute. Since the rolled attribute is not of a higher quality than the existing one, replacing the current Max HP attribute would offer no benefit.

As a result of rolling a silver-quality attribute, the player has earned 40 Chalcedony points. The total amount of Chalcedony the player currently holds is shown at the bottom of the interface, amounting to 25,390 points.

Jade Doll Upgrading Example

The player has selected the Jade-quality Ignore Hard Defense attribute and clicked the Upgrade button. In this menu, they have the option to spend 1,600 Chalcedony to upgrade the attribute to level 2, increasing its stat boost by 5.
