This is the 'Help' system of the game, detailing many of its features; it may be accessed in its entirety by clicking the reddish '?' marked icon at the bottom-right of the minimap or in part by clicking the '?' mark at the upper-right corner of some of the game's windows/other interfaces.
It has four tabs, each containing a number of subjects grouped in sections:
