Martial Brother is a relationship mechanic that incentivizes experienced players (masters) to form a bond with weaker players (students). Both players are rewarded with cultivation pills, school tokens, and points that can be exchanged for items.
Requirements[]
In a previous version of the game, the master and the student had to be members of the same school. This is no longer the case, and they can be members of different schools.
Although the student's Strength must be weaker than the master's to form the Martial Brother bond, it's allowed to surpass the master's Strength during the bond; this will not automatically end the bond.
Becoming a Master[]
- Can have a maximum of 2 active students at a time.
- Can take a maximum of 3 students each month.
- Strength ≥ Keep Your Own Counsel
- Strength > Student's Strength + 10 internal points
Becoming a Student[]
- Must not be a master.
- Must not already have a master.
- Strength ≤ Unfathomable
- Strength < Master's Strength - 10 internal points
Points[]
Players who have formed the Martial Brother relationship can earn three types of points by participating in activities together:
- Master-Student Points (also known as Apprenticeship Value), which can be exchanged for items. Up to 3,500 points can be earned weekly, and they cannot exceed 5,000.
- Master-Student Intimacy (not to be confused with Friendship Intimacy), which unlocks rewards. Up to 400 can be earned weekly.
- Master Value, which unlocks leaderboard rewards for the highest ranked masters.

- Master-Student Intimacy ≥ 400. The graduation rewards are greater if Intimacy ≥ 600, and even greater if Intimacy ≥ 800.
