A pet is a player's animal companion. The player can collect all the different pets, but can only have one active pet at a time. Depending on the type of pet, it will either follow behind the player or sit on character's shoulder or back. Some pets are temporary and will vanish after a few days.
Pet owners are able to join the Beast Villa.

All pets (except the Fly Kite) will allow the player to recover Flying Points (FP) at a rate of 5 per second during Sit and Breathe. Some pets have special abilities. All Cash Shop pets are limited-time offers.

New World Pets[]
In earlier versions of Age of Wushu, the New World feature allowed players to rent temporary pets. These pets provided various utility functions for the New World. However, the feature was later removed from the game, making these pets no longer available.
