The Poison Maker is a manufacturing Life Skill. This profession has the following skills:
- Collecting Plants: Gather poisonous plants that can be used for Poison and Assembly.
- Poison: Use materials to create poisons that can be applied on weapons for temporary on-hit effects, such as stunning.
- Assembly: Use materials to create Envenom materials.
- Envenom: Use materials to refine armor, adding permanent stat boosts onto the piece of equipment.
To craft items, the player must have a crusher tool in their backpack.
Learning the Life Skill[]
Players can learn the Poison Maker as either a primary or secondary manufacturing skill by paying a small fee in 
Silver Coins to a Poison Maker NPC, who can be found in the starting towns (Qiandeng Town, Yanyu Villa, Jiming Posthouse, Chengdu), major cities (Suzhou, Luoyang, Jinling, Yanjing), and Evil Men's Valley.
Primary[]
If the player has not learned a manufacturing Life Skill yet, they can learn Poison Maker as a primary manufacturing skill by paying 500 Wen to the Poison Maker Shifu. The primary manufacturing skill can be leveled up to Rank 10 (Epic).
Secondary[]
If the player has already learned a different manufacturing Life Skill, they can learn Poison Maker as a secondary manufacturing skill after leveling their primary manufacturing skill to Rank 9 (Legendary) and paying 
200 Liang Taels to the Poison Maker NPC. The secondary manufacturing skill can only be leveled up to Rank 9 (Legendary).
Collecting Plants[]
Poison Makers have the ability to gather poisonous plants.
Non-VIP Penalty[]
Non-VIP players experience a penalty when collecting plants, reducing their success rate. Using the Gathering Secrets item temporarily eliminates this penalty for one hour.
Poisonous Plants[]
Each scene hosts only one type of poisonous plant, and players must reach a specific Life Skill Rank to gather them.

Poison Makers can use Assembly to craft the materials needed for Envenoming. The Poison Maker NPC also offers this service.

Daily Task[]
The Poison Maker daily task is an item fetch quest that can be started by talking to the Apprentice NPC standing next to Poison Maker NPC. The task can be done once per day, with each task requiring a type of poisonous plant. The task reward is an Experience Letter (bound) that grants Experience Points for the Life Skill.
Advancing to a new Life Skill Rank will reset the daily quest cycle, allowing the player to complete an additional daily task.

The top ten Epic Poison Makers (Rank 10) with the highest weekly Ranking Points will receive an Identity Outfit by mail. The Identity Outfit can be worn for 14 days.
