Currently, this information is heavily outdated. The NPC who exchanges for these pages does not exist (or exists, but is not at that location.) Presumably the only way to get pages for this skill is to trade with the Force Transmitting Elder (see below).
Wudang disciples need to meet one of the following requirements to qualify for the 3rd Internal quests:
- Grade 8 school identity.
- Cultivated Inner Pill Skill to level 30.
- Jianghu Reputation of 70,000.
When one of the requirements is met, the player can exchange School Honor Certificates for quest items at Wang Mohua in Wudang (353,349). Use the quest item to begin the quest.

Players can exchange with the Force Transmitting Elder in Wudang (374, 334) for all pages of all skill sets and inners, including inner 3. The costs of exchange (for VIP) are listed below. Presumably, this is the only way to get the third internal skill.
