True Chi of Frigid Ice is the tier 2 Internal Skill of the Vagrants. Cultivating the skill provides the following benefits:

Level 20 unlocks the second acupoint of the Vagrant Meridian, the Qi Gathering in Tanden.
Level 36 enables the player to purchase Great School tier 2 Internal Skill scripts from the Traitors.

Special Effect[]

6	Attacks have a chance of inflicting Cold Ice Chi on target for 120 seconds. When inflicted by Cold Ice Chi and the target is attacked again, chance of inflicting Coldness for 6 seconds: each hit received deals additional (unknown value) points of Yin damage and may inflict Rigidity for 1 second, preventing skills and movement. The affected player can use Sit and Breathe to remove the effects of Cold Ice Chi.
16	Attacks have a chance of inflicting Cold Ice Chi on target for 150 seconds. When inflicted by Cold Ice Chi and the target is attacked again, chance of inflicting Coldness for 7 seconds: each hit received deals additional (unknown value) points of Yin damage and may inflict Rigidity for 1 second, preventing skills and movement. The affected player can use Sit and Breathe to remove the effects of Cold Ice Chi.
26	Attacks have a chance of inflicting Cold Ice Chi on target for 180 seconds. When inflicted by Cold Ice Chi and the target is attacked again, chance of inflicting Coldness for 8 seconds: each hit received deals additional (unknown value) points of Yin damage and may inflict Rigidity for 1 second, preventing skills and movement. The affected player can use Sit and Breathe to remove the effects of Cold Ice Chi.
36	Attacks have a chance of inflicting Cold Ice Chi on target for 210 seconds. When inflicted by Cold Ice Chi and the target is attacked again, chance of inflicting Coldness for 9 seconds: each hit received deals additional (unknown value) points of Yin damage and may inflict Rigidity for 1 second, preventing skills and movement. When inflicted by Cold Ice Chi, the effect of Coldness may be triggered automatically. The affected player can use Sit and Breathe to remove the effects of Cold Ice Chi.
