The important internal mental skill of Shaolin, which is a pure Yang skill. The essence of this skill is to keep the mood calm, circulate chi in meridians. Cultivating this skill to a certain level can own vast chi and spirit.
Two Fingers of Zen Meditation is the Shaolin 2nd Internal skill.
Obtaining[]
Quests (Levels 1 to 30)[]
This method is only available to members of the Shaolin.
- Cultivate Meditation to level 30 and accept a task from Abbot Xuanhuai. After completing the task, the player unlocks levels 1 to 9.
- Cultivate Two Fingers of Zen Meditation to level 9 and accept a task from Abbot Xuanhuai. After completing the task, the player unlocks levels 10 to 18.
- Cultivate Two Fingers of Zen Meditation to level 18 and accept a task from Abbot Xuanhuai. After completing the task, the player unlocks levels 19 to 30.
Traitor Exchange (Levels 1 to 30)[]
This method is available to anyone who has cultivated any other 2nd tier School (or Vagrant) Internal to level 36.
School Honor Certificates can be exchanged for Two Fingers of Zen Meditation's Basic Script and Small Training Scrolls at the Traitor in Shaolin (749,311).
- Basic Script unlocks level 1. Costs 40 School Honor Certificates.
- Small Training Scrolls unlock levels 2 to 30. Each scroll unlocks one level and costs 40 School Honor Certificates.

Spy Mission (Levels 2 to 36)[]
Training Scrolls (unbound) are sometimes dropped by stunned Shaolin Scouting Disciples during a spy mission. Members of the Shaolin can't spy in their own school, but they can pick up Training Scrolls left by other spies.
- Small Training Scrolls can be used to unlock levels 2 to 30. Each scroll unlocks one level.
- Big Training Scrolls can be used to unlock levels 31 to 36. Each scroll unlocks one level.

Level 26:
- Your attacks damage surrounding enemies (damage equal to unknown value).
