Effect 1: attacks have a 20% chance to get a buff for 15s: own damage and ignoring damage reduction are both increased by 15%, 40sec CD.
Effect 2: blocking has a 20% chance to get a buff for 15s, recovers life (250 + 10% of Melee power per second) and block energy (100% of Melee power per second), 40sec CD.
Effect 3: under attack has a 50% chance to remove forbidden block / stun / forbidden skill debuffs, 75sec CD.
