Windrider, also known as Wind-Controlling Divine Water, is an item that activates a speed-boosting Windrider State, consuming 1% of the user's maximum Energy every 10 seconds. The item can be used repeatedly until it expires, but only while the user is not in combat mode. The Windrider State enables the use of High Level Flying Skills.

180 Liang. If three hundred players participate in the Team-Buying, the price drops to 120 Liang.
