Yan Xiaotao is an NPC in Yanyu Village. He is a "Midlife Beggar".
When you first encounter him, you will not have enough reputation with him to receive the "Look for the Foods" task. Simply meditate near him for a couple of minutes to increase your reputation with him. He will then give you the task.
